Client Relationship Manager, CHAMPS Oncology
Joseph Castellano is a client relationship manager for CHAMPS Oncology’s cloud-based analytics system, insight2oncology® (i2o®). In his role, Castellano strategically partners with each i2o client to understand the goals of their cancer service line. This comprehensive knowledge allows him to work closely with each user to leverage the i2o platform, reveal insightful data metrics and support the client’s strategic initiatives. He also serves as a point person for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts to ensure customer requests exceed their expectations.
Castellano has more than ten years of experience managing clients and working with a wide variety of external and internal stakeholders. His experience in arts management provided him opportunities to work with a diverse group of personalities and positions. He also has several years of fundraising experience which enhanced his knowledge of cultivating personal and consistent interaction with high-profile investors. His past roles have educated him in servant leadership and building long-term relationships.
Castellano attended Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. He enjoys planning and executing large scale events and takes pride in his knowledge of effective budgeting to maximum effect.
