Laura Gronowski, FACHE, is the chief innovation officer for The Center for Health Affairs and its business affiliate, CHAMPS Healthcare. In her role, Gronowski focuses on business development opportunities throughout the organization and leads the new innovation center.  

Gronowski’s innovative leadership, client-centric vision and a proven ability to effectively collaborate, has driven the long-standing history of growing and sustaining successful business ventures through our CHAMPS business enterprise.

Gronowski brings with her to the position of chief innovation officer more than 25 years of experience in healthcare group purchasing and supply-chain management. She also served as senior vice president of CHAMPS Healthcare where she increased revenue, developed new business opportunities and expanded the geographical sales area for the organization. Prior to joining CHAMPS in February of 2002, she worked for several Northeast Ohio hospitals leading their supply-chain operations.

Gronowski earned her Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. She's a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a member of the American Society of Association Executives and serves on the board of directors for the Alzheimer's Association, Greater East Ohio Chapter. Gronowski and her husband of more than 30 years are parents of three grown children and reside in Richfield.
